Dizory sells digital products only, such as downloadable files, templates, eBooks, and online resources.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All sales are final
- No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once access is granted
- No returns after download or delivery
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Duplicate payment occurred
- Technical issue prevented product access
- Wrong product delivered due to system error
Such requests must be raised within 48 hours of purchase.
Approval is at Dizory’s sole discretion.
3. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to:
- Immediate account suspension
- Revocation of product access
- Legal action if misuse is detected
